Do I own the website?
Yes, once it’s paid for: when the build is paid if you pay upfront, or with the last payment on the 6-month plan. The website, the words and the images are yours from then. The domain and your Google listing are yours from day one, with us added as a helper. While you’re on a monthly plan we host the site on our account as part of the plan, and once it’s paid for we’ll move it and its code across to you free whenever you ask. If we part ways after that, you keep the lot.
How long does building a website take?
Most builds take between one and five weeks, not months. A single landing page is usually about a week, and a full site with ten pages or more runs four to five weeks. You’ll get an exact timeline in writing before you pay anything, so the date isn’t a moving target.
Do you build on WordPress, Wix or Squarespace?
No. Every site we build is coded from scratch, custom for that business, with no page builder and no template underneath. That’s why the sites load fast and don’t look like anyone else’s. And if you’ve already got a site on one of those builders that isn’t bringing you work, rebuilding it properly is a lot of what we do.
