Do you need a website for your small business?
Not always. If you’re booked out and not chasing growth, a website might not change much, and I’ll tell you that rather than sell you one. But most customers look a business up before they get in touch, and having nothing to find works against you far more often than it doesn’t.
What are the signs a website needs a redesign?
Slow to load, awkward on a phone, no clear way to get in touch, and nobody left who can even log in to update it. Any one of those is a fair reason to look at a rebuild, and if a few sound familiar it’s usually a smaller job than people expect.
How much does a website cost in Australia?
Real numbers, not “contact us for a quote”. A single landing page starts from $1,200, a small business website from $1,950, and every build includes your first month of hosting and care. Full pricing, including the monthly plans, is on the services page.
How long does building a website take?
Somewhere between one week for a single landing page and four to five weeks for a full site with ten pages or more. You’ll get an exact timeline in writing before you pay anything.
Do you build websites for my industry?
Any industry, though outreach right now leans toward trades because that’s where the worst websites tend to be. Cafes, real estate agents, accountants, online businesses and startups are all welcome too, see the work page for examples.
Is SEO included?
Every build is set up properly for search from day one: fast, mobile friendly, submitted to Google. Ongoing SEO work, actually chasing rankings over time, is part of the Growth and Complete monthly plans, not the build itself.
Do I own the website?
Yes, always. The domain and hosting can sit in your name with me added as a helper, or I can run them for you and move them across whenever you ask. Either way, if we ever part ways you keep the site.
Can I cancel the monthly plan any time?
Yes. No lock-in contract, no notice period and no exit fee. Your plan runs to the end of whatever month you’ve already paid for, and I’ll help you move the site elsewhere for free if you go.
