Keep us on, or take the keys.
A monthly plan starts the day your site goes live. If you’ve paid upfront, whether you keep one is up to you. On the 6-month plan it stays on until the last payment. The domain is always in your name, and once the site is paid for, if you leave we’ll move it and its code to you for free.

Without a plan? We move your site to your own hosting for free and it stays live, but nobody is watching it, nothing gets updated, and any changes are billed at $125 an hour. Sites with a shop, bookings or a member area need to be on Plus or above, because those parts need looking after to keep working.

Questions about prices and plans
How much does a website cost in Australia?
A single landing page starts from $1,200 and a small business website from $1,950. The price moves with the number of pages and whether you need a shop, bookings or logins. You get the exact number in writing before you commit to anything.
What if my site goes down, or the form stops working?
We’re alerted within minutes if the site goes down, on every plan, and fixing it never comes out of your changes time. On Plus and Advanced your form is also tested every week, and an outage or a broken enquiry path gets started the same business day, Monday to Friday, Sydney time. Started means we’ve looked, told you what’s happening and begun the fix.
What if it gets hacked?
The way we build sites makes this rare, and every change is saved, so we can put the site back to how it was. Fixing it is on us.
What counts as a small change?
Anything we can do in a few minutes: a new photo, new hours, a price, a typo, a menu item. A new page, a redesign or new features are quoted separately.
What if I need more than my time?
We’ll tell you before we start. Extra time is $125 an hour, quoted first, or we talk about moving you up a plan.
Do unused minutes roll over?
On Plus and Advanced, yes. A quiet month’s time carries into the next one, up to 2 hours on Plus and 4 hours on Advanced, so a busy month is covered. Essential’s 30 minutes are there every month whether you use them or not, and don’t carry.
Can you get me to the top of Google?
Nobody can promise you a Google ranking, or what the AI tools say about you. We do the work that gives you a fair shot at both, and show you every month what it did.
Do you look after my Google listing?
On Plus and Advanced, yes, if you ask. We keep your hours, the photos you send us and your services list current, and it never comes out of your changes time. The listing has to be verified, with us added as a manager. We don’t post to it or reply to reviews. Setting one up in the first place is an add-on.
Can I cancel?
Any time, no exit fee. If you’re paying the build off over six months, the plan stays on until the last payment, then it’s month to month like any other. Once the site is paid for it’s yours, and we’ll move it and its code across to you for free. Once a plan stops, so do the updates and monitoring. Growth Partner runs for three months to start, then month to month.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Twelve months costs the same as ten: $990 on Essential, $2,290 on Plus and $3,990 on Advanced. Monthly is the default, yearly is there if you’d rather.
Do I have to be on a plan?
No, unless your site has a shop, bookings or a member area, or you’re paying the build off over six months. A shop, bookings or a member area need looking after to keep working, so they start on Plus. On the 6-month plan, any plan will do until the last payment.
Is GST included?
Kindred isn’t registered for GST, so the price you see is the price you pay.
