What it costs, before you ask
Nobody will tell you how much a website costs in Australia without getting you on the phone first. Here are the numbers. Every site is custom code, built for your business, and every build includes your first month of me looking after it. After that it’s your call whether I stay on.
Prices effective 22 August 2026.
Four sizes, depending on how much you’ve got to say
Whether it’s a brand new site or a redesign of the one you’ve got, the deal is the same. You pay for the build and you own it. Your first month of me looking after it is included in every one of these.
The Landing Page
from $1,200
One page that does one job: get you the phone call.
Who it’s for
Sole operators, tradies and side hustles who need to exist online properly, and anyone running Facebook or Google ads with nowhere for the click to land. Good for startups proving an idea works before they spend more. If a shop, bookings or a members area is already the plan, start at Standard instead, this tier is built to stay small.
What this gets you
- Somewhere real for people to find you, instead of a Facebook page or nothing at all
- Ad spend stops going to waste the moment there’s a proper page for it to land on
- Cheapest way to test whether the idea has legs before committing to more
- Everything here carries over if you outgrow it, nothing gets thrown away moving up to Starter
What you get
- One page covering who you are, what you do, why people use you and how to reach you
- Fast on mobile, where nearly everyone will see it
- Working contact form that lands in your inbox
- Set up so Google can find you
- You send me the words and I tidy them up, or I write them for $300
- Two rounds of changes
- Your first month of the Advanced plan included, so the Google listing is looked after from day one too
Starter
from $1,950
Up to four pages. A new site or a redesign of the one you’ve got.
Who it’s for
Any business with a handful of services to explain, whether that’s a first website or a replacement for one that’s slow, awkward on a phone or looks like it was built in 2014. Suits a cafe with a menu to show off or a tradie who wants each service explained properly. If bookings or logins are part of the plan, those need a monthly care plan running alongside whichever build you pick, worth flagging before you choose.
What this gets you
- Every word written for you, so you’re not staring at a blank page trying to explain the business
- Redirects tell Google your old pages moved rather than vanished, which is the difference between moving a site and starting from scratch
- Room to actually explain what makes the business different, not just a name and a phone number
- Right size for a business with a few services rather than a long list of them, Standard is there if that grows
What you get
- Up to four pages, usually home, services, about and contact, though it’s your call
- I write every word for you, from a conversation about the business
- Everything in the landing page, plus room to explain yourself
- If you already have a site, the old pages get redirected to the new ones, which is what tells Google they moved rather than vanished
- Two rounds of changes
- Your first month of the Advanced plan included, so the Google listing is looked after from day one too
Standard
Most popularfrom $3,900
Up to eight pages, so every service gets one of its own.
Who it’s for
Established businesses with several services to explain, and customers who want to understand what they’re buying before they call. Also the right size if a shop or bookings are on the cards, since those extras need a proper site to sit on top of, not just a single page. This is the one most people land on.
What this gets you
- A page for each area you cover, so there’s something real on your site aimed at your trade and your suburbs
- Each service gets its own page to actually sell it, not a paragraph shared with everything else
- Built with room for a shop or bookings to bolt straight on when you’re ready
- Redirects done properly if there’s a site already, so you’re not starting from scratch
What you get
- Up to eight pages, so each main service can have its own
- I write every word for you, from a conversation about the business
- Old pages redirected to the new ones, so Google is told they moved rather than vanished
- Service area pages, one per area you cover, aimed at people searching what you do and their suburb
- Two rounds of changes
- Your first month of the Advanced plan included, so the Google listing is looked after from day one too
Full
from $6,500
Ten pages or more, mapped out properly before anything gets built.
Who it’s for
Businesses with a lot of ground to cover: multiple locations, a long list of services that each deserve their own page, or a service area stretching across a dozen suburbs. Also where a members area or a bigger shop belongs, once there’s enough going on that a single extra isn’t the whole story.
What this gets you
- Planned out properly before anything gets built, so a big site doesn’t turn into a mess of one-off pages
- A page for every service and every area, which is one of the few things about local search you actually control
- Room for a shop, bookings and a members area all living on the one site instead of three separate systems
- The full local SEO build, with each location given its own page and its own suburb
What you get
- Ten pages or more, planned out with you before a line of it gets built
- Everything in Standard, plus a page for each service and each area you cover
- I write every word, plus a proper pass over how the business talks about itself
- The full local SEO build, aimed at people searching nearby
- Two rounds of changes
- Your first month of the Advanced plan included, so the Google listing is looked after from day one too
Every build includes
- Custom code, no page builders and no templates
- Mobile-first build, tested on a real phone
- Speed tested before launch, because slow pages lose customers
- Contact form landing straight in your inbox
- SSL padlock so browsers trust it
- Analytics and Search Console connected
- Straight answers built into the site, in the format Google and the AI tools look for
- Your first month of the Advanced plan, included in the price
What a build doesn’t include
Taking payments, bookings or customer logins. Those are extras, and they need a monthly plan running alongside them.
Here’s the honest reason. If it takes money, someone has to be watching it. A checkout that quietly stops working on a Friday night costs you a weekend of sales. I’m not going to build you one and then walk away from it.
First month included, then it’s your call
Keep me on
I host it, watch it and change it whenever you need.
Every build comes with the first month of this included, and after that it carries on at your plan price unless you tell me to stop. Best if you’d rather be doing your actual job than thinking about a website.
Take the keys
Say the word before the free month is up and that’s that.
You own it either way, so there’s nothing to hand over. I’ll help you move it wherever you want and I won’t charge you for that. Best if your business doesn’t change much and you’d rather not add another subscription to the pile.
You own the site either way, and the domain can sit in your own name. Cancel any time and I’ll help you move it, free. Nobody gets held hostage here.
Hosted, watched and looked after
These are website maintenance plans, billed monthly. You’re not paying for servers. Hosting a site like yours costs almost nothing and I’m not going to pretend otherwise. You’re paying for someone who keeps it up, keeps it current and actually gets back to you.
Basic
$99 /month
- One thing off the list for good: the site stays up, stays secure and nobody has to think about it
- Small changes still get made, so a wrong phone number or old hours doesn’t sit there for a year
- Cheapest way to make sure nothing quietly breaks without anyone noticing
Who it’s for
A business whose site barely changes: fixed hours, a steady list of what’s on offer, nothing that needs touching week to week. Not the plan for a shop or bookings, those need someone actually watching them, Advanced or Comprehensive is the right fit there.
- Hosting and domain sorted
- SSL certificate kept valid
- Weekly backups
- Uptime monitoring, so I know it’s down before you do
- Security and software updates
- Up to 30 minutes of small changes a month
- Email support
- Annual once-over
You never think about your website again. It stays up, it stays fast, and when something needs changing you send me a message instead of learning software.
Advanced
Most popular$399 /month
- For a lot of local businesses the Google listing gets looked at before the website does, and this is the plan that works on it every month
- Something on the site gets better every month, picked from what people actually do on it rather than a guess
- When ChatGPT or Google’s AI goes looking, your site gives it clear, current answers to work from instead of nothing
Who it’s for
Any business people look up on their phone. Cafes, gyms, salons, physios, trades with a few suburbs to cover. If someone would ever search you while standing in the street, this is your plan, because it looks after the Google listing they’ll actually find as well as the website itself.
- Changes actually happen instead of sitting on a list nobody gets to
- One page a month that tells you whether any of it worked, in about a minute of reading
- Everything in Basic
- Up to an hour of changes a month
- Usually turned around within two business days
- Your Google listing looked after: posts, photos, hours and questions answered
- One improvement to the site every month, picked from what your visitors are actually doing, out of your included hour
- The words on your pages kept current for search
- Written so the AI answers have something clear to read, and kept that way
- One page a month: calls, directions, form fills, and what I improved and why
- Seasonal updates handled without you asking
Most small business sites die of neglect, not bad design. This is the tier where the website and the Google listing both keep up with the business instead of quietly falling out of date.
Comprehensive
$749 /month
- A page for every service and every suburb, which is one of the few things about local search you actually control
- Four new pieces of writing a year you don’t have to write, each aimed at something people actually search for
- An enquiry never sits in an inbox nobody checks, which is the thing that quietly costs the most
Who it’s for
Businesses actively pushing for growth: running ads, launching things, opening a second location. The right level for a shop, bookings or a members area that needs real attention, and for online businesses and startups where the website is the shopfront, not a brochure.
- You can see which pages bring the phone calls instead of guessing
- A proper monthly conversation about what’s working, not just a report to read on your own
- Everything in Advanced
- Up to three hours of changes a month
- Priority turnaround, straight to the front of the queue
- The full local SEO build, a page for each service and each suburb you cover
- A new page or article every three months, written for you
- Enquiries routed and followed up, so nothing sits unanswered
- Tracking set up so you can see which pages bring the calls
- Every three months I ask the AI tools what they say about you, and send you what came back
- A yearly privacy and compliance check against the December 2026 rules
- A monthly chat about what’s working and what isn’t, by text, email or call
- Help writing the words
This is the tier where I’m working on the business every month, not just looking after the website. If you’re pushing for growth this year, that’s the difference worth paying for.
Basic and Advanced are not the same thing at two prices. Basic is insurance. It keeps the site up, keeps it safe and keeps it backed up, so nothing quietly breaks. Advanced and Comprehensive are marketing. They work on getting you found and getting people to call. The jump in price is a jump in what the plan is for, not more of the same thing.
Your first month is included in the build.
- Cancel anytime. No lock-in, no notice period, no exit fee.
- Say the word before the free month ends and nothing gets charged.
- The site and domain are yours, and I’ll help you move them, free.
- Extra hours are quoted before I touch anything, at $135 an hour.
Rather pay yearly? Twelve months costs the same as ten. That’s $990 on Basic, $3,990 on Advanced and $7,490 on Comprehensive.
Nobody can promise you a Google ranking, or what the AI tools say about you. I do the work that gives you a fair shot at both, and show you every month what it did.
Extras, if you need them
These add-ons are optional and only needed for specific requirements. Pricing is shown below, with some requiring an active monthly plan.
Online shop and payments
You’ve got products to sell and right now you’re doing it through Facebook messages and bank transfers.
from $2,900
Monthly plan required
Online bookings
You lose bookings after hours, or you’re on the phone booking people in while you’re trying to work.
from $900
Monthly plan required
Customer logins and member areas
Your customers get their own login and see something only they can see. Job updates, bookings, paid content, a members-only area. Bigger builds, where the website runs the business rather than describing it, get quoted properly once I know what it has to do.
from $3,500
Monthly plan required
Extra pages beyond what your build covers
The pages filled up. Usually one of its own for each service, or one for a second location.
from $350 each
Google Business Profile setup
The listing that shows up on Google Maps with your hours and reviews. Advanced and Comprehensive look after it for you, and setting one up is free once you’re past your first month on either. This price is only for building one from scratch if you’re on Basic, or on no plan at all.
from $450
How the money side runs
A written quote first
Exactly what’s included and exactly what isn’t, in plain words, before you commit to anything.
Half up front, half before it goes live
50% to get started, 50% before the site goes live. Never after. No surprise invoices in between.
Two rounds of changes
Included in every build. Anything past that gets quoted first, so you’re never billed for something you didn’t agree to.
The words and the photos
On Starter and up I write the words for you, so all you have to do is talk to me about the business. Photos are yours to send, and I crop and compress them so they don’t slow the page down.
Not sure which of these fits you? Send me your website, or just tell me what the business does, and I’ll give you a straight answer on where to start. Still deciding? The FAQ covers the common questions.
It starts with a conversation.
Tell me where your business is at. If you’ve already got a website, send the link and I’ll tell you straight what’s letting it down. If you haven’t, we work out together whether one would earn its keep.
