The problem
Paige is my partner, so this one started at the kitchen table rather than through an enquiry form. She had built a real audience on Instagram, but there was nowhere solid to send people. Selling out of DMs and a link-in-bio page meant every enquiry was manual, nothing was building towards paid products and the brand felt smaller than it actually was.
What I did
The site launched as a single-page guides funnel, and it worked, but it only told half the story: Paige also does virtual assistant work, content, project support and UGC for clients, and none of that had a home. We rebuilt the site around a new Work with Me page with its own enquiry form, restructured the homepage to lead with services rather than guides, and gave the whole thing a full rebrand: a warmer, more neutral palette and softer type in place of the old berry look. The UGC portfolio now pulls straight from her YouTube playlist instead of being hand-updated.
The result
The site is live at herbizbestie.com and now does two jobs instead of one: it sells guides and it brings in service enquiries, under one brand that actually looks like her. Nothing about maintaining it got harder, the UGC gallery keeps itself current, and it’s proof I can take a site past its first launch as the business itself grows.
“Great experience, my website is exactly what I wanted. Easy to talk to and work with, highly recommend.”
At a glance
- New Work with Me page covering VA support, project management, content, UGC and podcasting, with its own enquiry form
- Full rebrand to a warm, neutral “bestie” look, replacing the old berry palette with soft serif headings and a calmer colour system
- UGC portfolio pulls straight from Paige’s YouTube playlist, so adding a video updates the site with no code changes
If your own site needs the same kind of rebuild, the build options and pricing are on one page.
